The software behind the network
Covering 24 markets properly takes more than a posting schedule. Nearly everything PSN runs on was built in house for this job.
Most local pages are one person with a scanner app and a phone, which caps how many markets anyone can cover and how reliable the coverage can be. PSN went the other direction and built the tooling first. The result is a network where a small team can run two dozen markets without the verification standards slipping.
PageOps
The software division. AI tools for social page operators — the publishing, research and analytics applications the whole network runs on, built in house and hosted at cpanelops.com. Tools that prove useful beyond PSN get packaged and sold, and the PageOps Tools page is where that happens.
FirstResponder Hosting
FirstResponder Hosting provides web hosting and infrastructure built for public safety pages, community groups and small local publishers. PLACEHOLDER — edit this in the admin with real service details and pricing.
Live incident mapping
A mobile data tool that plots active incidents geographically, so a developing scene can be placed against real streets, landmarks and neighborhoods rather than a dispatch code.
Traffic camera integration
State DOT camera networks wired directly into our tooling. When a crash is reported, the nearest public camera can be pulled automatically, which gives a verified visual on conditions without anyone guessing.
Records research
Custody and court record tooling that turns public filings into checked, post-ready facts — charge status, case numbers, hearing dates — so nothing gets published at the wrong stage of a case.
Weather and alert automation
National Weather Service integration that surfaces warnings for each coverage area the moment they are issued, including on-screen overlays for live video.
Video and reel production
Browser-based tooling for producing platform-compliant short video with automated transcription and captioning, built so coverage can move at the speed of the story.
Member services
A subscriber portal with a full-time audio feed, automatic crash cameras and a crime monitor, available to paying subscribers of participating pages.
Where AI fits, and where it does not
PSN uses AI throughout its operation — research assistance, summarizing long public documents, drafting, graphics production, and analyzing what coverage is actually reaching people. It is a genuine force multiplier for an operation this size, and we are not coy about using it.
What it does not do is decide what is true. Every factual claim is checked by a person against a primary source before publication. AI does not approve a post, does not source a name, and does not get the final call on whether something runs. The verification standard is the same whether a draft started with a person or a model.
