Deanda pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Distribute Heroin in Wisconsin and was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison. He failed to surrender to authorities to begin serving that sentence and has been a fugitive since 2018.
Deanda has a lengthy criminal history involving weapons offenses and drug-related crimes. He is known to operate in Kenosha, northern Illinois, California, Ohio, and Virginia. He may have altered his appearance since his original photos were taken.
Identifying mark: Grim reaper tattoo on forearm. He has been known to carry multiple fake IDs and multiple cell phones.

Sanchez, known as “Droopy,” is wanted by the Milwaukee Police Department for his involvement in a triple shooting in August 2017 in which one person was killed and two others were wounded.
Sanchez is believed to be in Mexico and may be in the company of his co-defendant Omar Estrada, who is wanted for the same offenses. Both remain at large.

Jackson is wanted for 1st Degree Intentional Homicide in the shooting death of Brittany Booker, a 30-year-old mother of six from Racine. Her body was discovered on April 24, 2022.
Jackson is also charged with Attempted 1st Degree Homicide (12 counts), Kidnapping, False Imprisonment, Strangulation, Stalking, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Bail Jumping (12 counts), and Intimidation of a Victim.
Prior to the homicide, in February 2022, Jackson allegedly attacked Booker and another woman with a claw hammer in Racine. He is considered extremely dangerous. A US Marshal described him as “a coward — he’s desperate, he’s running scared.”
Jackson has ties to Southeast Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Northern Indiana, Texas, and Arizona. He has a distinctive large scorpion/spider tattoo with block lettering on his throat.
