Usage Permission (Banner Clause)

Sponsor provides a ready-to-use banner graphic. By submitting the banner, Sponsor grants permission for us to display the graphic only during the active, paid sponsorship term. Banner placement is removed if sponsorship lapses, expires, or is canceled. We may decline or request revisions for any banner that does not meet brand safety, quality, or community standards.

Brand Safety & Independence

Editorial independence: sponsorship never influences what we cover.
Emergency coverage: no interruptive sponsor messaging during life-safety emergencies.
Clear labeling: sponsored placements are labeled.
Not affiliated with law enforcement: we share community updates and publicly available information.
